Every drawing in this gallery was made by a person playing Drawize. This page explains who owns them, what we do with them, and what you can and cannot do with them.
The player who drew it does. Making a drawing in Drawize does not transfer its copyright to us, and we do not claim to own the artwork our players create.
Each drawing in the gallery is credited to the player who made it, under the screen name they chose. That credit is part of the page and part of its structured data.
By playing, players agree that their drawings — and the time-lapse recording of how each one was made — can be used and published by us. That is set out in section 3 of our Terms of Service. In practice it means we may show a drawing in this gallery, in the game, in our apps, on our social accounts, and in material promoting Drawize, in digital or printed form, alongside the player's screen name.
It is a permission to publish. It is not a transfer of ownership, and it does not let us pass those rights on to anyone else.
Not without permission. The drawings here are published for viewing. They are not offered under a reuse licence, for commercial use or for redistribution. Because we hold permission to publish rather than ownership, we are not in a position to grant anyone else a licence to a player's drawing.
Most of our players are anonymous — a screen name, with no contact details we hold or could pass on — so we cannot put you in touch with an artist directly. If you want to use a specific drawing, write to us at support@drawize.com and tell us which one. We will say yes or no, and where we can, we will try to reach the player. Often we will not be able to.
It is your drawing. If you would like one taken down, or credited differently, email support@drawize.com from the address on your account, or tell us the screen name and which drawing, and we will remove it.
